It is easy to give thanks when things are going the way we want them to. What about when they are not?
Katongo Kambole Militu (Class of 2024) encourages us from the Bible on why gratitude is such a vital part of our walk as believers.
Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!
Then he said to them, “Go your way, eat the fat, drink the sweet, and send portions to those for whom nothing is prepared; for this day is holy to our Lord. Do not sorrow, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”
He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper.
